If you need to return a unit for any reason please contact us to obtain an RMA number before sending it to us. This ensures that we can book your unit in for service in a timely manner and let you know the cost and expected completion date.

European Union Customers

If you bought your unit through a local dealer or distributor you may like to contact them first for help or advice before returning the unit to us.

Customers Outside the UK and EU

It is important that customers outside the EU do NOT return items to our UK office without following proper export/import procedures as items will attract UK customs charges if sent without the relevant procedures being followed. We reserve the right to refuse to accept goods that are sent without prior notification and/or the customer will be liable for any customs charges that may result from incorrect processing.

For customers in North or South America, please contact our US office who will advise you of the correct procedure for returns.

For customers in other countries please contact your local dealer or distributor who will advise you of the correct procedure for returns.
