    All new Prism Sound products come with a 5-year warranty as standard. To activate your warranty, please use one of the registration methods below. A valid proof of purchase must be uploaded to receive the warranty extension. To be considered a valid proof of purchase the file you upload MUST list and include the Prism Sound interface. Units registered with invalid “proof of purchase” uploads will only be covered by our standard 2 year warranty.

    You will need the Product Name, the Product Serial Number and the Name of the Dealer you purchased the unit from. You will also need to upload a Proof of Purchase, such as a PDF copy of the invoice. You will need to register your UC Purchase, in order to download the software bundled with the unit.
