    Support Availability:

    • General Free of charge download Users – No formal support, but users can refer to online documentation, Software manuals, FAQs and community resources.
    • Email Support for paid licenses – Available until December 2025 for customers who have purchased a license during the past 12 months.
    • Enterprise & Contracted Clients – Ongoing support as per existing support agreements.

    Important Notice for Existing SADiE 6 Users

    We strongly advise against installing the free version of SADiE 6 on any system that already has a licensed version installed.

    This free release is intended only for use on new computers that do not rely on certain legacy features or older, discontinued hardware. Support for key functionalities, such as CEDAR plugins and CD burning and reading has been removed (though DDP writing is still available). The bundled iZotope tools are no longer included in this version.

    Additionally, while it remains compatible with BB2, BB2J, and LRX2 hardware, this should be approached with caution and only on a fresh system to avoid overwriting any existing licensed installation. This release does not support older SADiE hardware such as PCM4, PCM8, H8, H16, or H64.

    This version is not a direct upgrade or replacement for fully licensed SADiE 6 systems and should be treated as a separate, license free edition.

    Recommended System Requirements for SADiE 6

    SADiE 6 is designed for professional use on Windows-based systems. Please ensure your computer meets the following minimum specifications:

    System Compatibility

    • Operating System: Windows only (no macOS support)
    • Supported Versions: Windows 7, 8, 10, or 11
    • Hardware Architecture: 64-bit computer hardware only

    Performance Requirements

    • Processor: Intel Core i5 or higher
    • RAM: 4 GB or more (higher recommended for heavier sessions)
    • Display: Minimum resolution of 1280 x 800

    Audio & Plugin Support

    • Plugin Compatibility: VST2 only
      • (VST3 plugins require a VST2-to-VST3 wrapper)
    • Audio Hardware: Any ASIO or WDM-compliant audio interface

    Storage Considerations

    • Disk Space: Based on the amount of audio you plan to record and store
