IMPORTANT
- Upgrading the firmware will reset the device to factory defaults. The mixer levels could be very different when re-starting - take care with connected equipment.
- You should upgrade the driver/control panel software and the device firmware to versions downloaded at the same time. Different combinations of driver and firmware versions may be incompatible. To work out what version of firmware is already loaded, see this FAQ.
- PLEASE NOTE: Lyra firmware ‘Lyra_lx4_1_24’ is for Lyra 1 serial #’s up to 1064 and Lyra 2 serial #’s up to 2025. The firmware ‘Lyra_lx9_1_24’ is for higher numbered units although there is a possible grey area of numbered units close to the crossover points. In that case, the Audio Control App will display an error message if the incorrect version is selected, informing that the other version must be used instead.
