February 25th 2026: Prism Sound has announced a change to its sales model in the United States, moving to a direct-to-dealer approach supported by the appointment of Trans Audio Group as its official US sales representative firm.
Under the new structure, Prism Sound will work directly with authorised dealers across the United States, strengthening relationships at a local level, while Trans Audio Group provides day-to-day dealer engagement and nationwide market coverage.
This approach is designed to better support Prism Sound’s dealer network, ensuring closer collaboration, improved communication, and a more sustainable long-term framework for representing the brand. At the same time, it allows Prism Sound to remain closely connected to the market and responsive to both customer and dealer needs.
As part of this transition, Prism Sound is refining US pricing to reflect the new model, ensuring the benefits are passed directly to studios, engineers, artists, and facilities who rely on its accuracy and performance.
Mark Evans, Prism Sound international Sales director “This is a very positive change for Prism Sound and our US dealers. Partnering with Brad Lunde and the TransAudio Group brings proven expertise, strong relationships, and an excellent opportunity to grow together.”
Trans Audio Group brings decades of experience representing premium, performance-led audio brands and is highly respected across the professional audio, broadcast, and high-end studio markets. Their technical depth, strong dealer relationships, and consultative approach were key factors in Prism Sound’s decision. The Trans Audio Group portfolio includes complementary brands such as Trinnov, ATC, and Bettermaker, reflecting a shared commitment to high-quality, high-performance design, engineering integrity, transparency, and long-term reliability.
Brad Lunde, President and Founder “TransAudio’s business model is flexible to help a manufacturer improve their sales performance and presence within the US. With this agreement, Prism increases dealer’s profitability while also improving their connection to Prism though our in-field network of reps and offices. With a clean slate, a strong product line and key dealer relationships already in place, this combination should help Prism grow in 2026.”
This new sales model reinforces Prism Sound’s commitment to closer dealer relationships, improved market responsiveness, and ensuring customers across the United States have direct access to knowledgeable product support, demonstrations, and informed technical guidance.
